Adding Team Member

darlean will value more if you work with team members, adding them is part of the early step to prepare your team to use DAR Lean.

First, you need to login to your account and make sure this account is the root account that was initially used to sign up to darlean.

Go to settings by clicking the gear icon at the bottom left of the page

Then select Users & Teams menu, and click Add button

Invite your team member by inserting their email in the pop-up box

Please note that we provide a few access levels for the invited user with the details as follows:

Pro Tips It is better to set the user access as Member (the lowest access) to new member, then later update the user access to higher as needed

Team Invitations will be sent through email

Ask your teammates to check their inbox and find email from darlean.

You can check if your teammate is already registered or not yet.

The invitation email is as follows :

I didn't receive the email invitation In several cases the email invitation goes to "Social Media" folder or to "Spam" folder so please check these folders. Or if you still have not received the invitation you can repeat the invitation process by first deleting the previously added user and then adding the new user again.
